Pet Portrait Prices
The portrait sizes are standard frame sizes but I will discuss any custom sizes you would prefer.

Prices and Shipping (please read):
All commissions require a $25.00 deposit prior to beginning a portrait. Your deposit will be held in reserve until I e-mail the preliminary sketch. Final payment is due upon portrait completion and your final approval. If you would prefer to pay the balance at once, please e-mail me and I will send a total with shipping included. Checks or money orders are accepted forms of payment, please do not send cash.
When I have completed the portrait, you will receive a final proof for your approval. Final payment is due prior to shipment of your pet portrait. All photos will be returned with your finished portrait.

Refunds
Please remember that you will not receive a finished portrait until you have made final approval of the proof, your satisfaction is my priority. If you are unsatisfied that the portrait is not what you approved, you have a period of 30 days to reject the portrait. If you contact me within 30 days we will first discuss changes to the portrait, and any shipping fees for alterations will be covered by the customer.
If you are still not satisfied the portrait, you will receive a full refund minus shipping once I have received the rejected portrait. Refunds will not be issued after the 30 day grace period.
Shipping
Shipping and insurance charges will vary depending upon the size of portrait you chose. All artwork will be insured against theft and damages. I mail all artwork flat and unframed via UPS. I will inform you of shipping charges prior to final payment. If you live in the Richmond, VA area, other delivery methods are an option.
I am not responsible for photos or artwork lost or damaged in transit. Please do not send “one of a kind” or irreplaceable photos. Mark all photographs clearly with your name, address and phone number to ensure their safe return.
Copyright and Artwork Usage
Copyright applies to all artwork created by the artist. The artist retains full reproduction copyright on each portrait but I will only use the artwork for printed materials with your permission. The original artwork is for your personal use only and may not be used for financial gain. Artwork and images may not be used or reproduced without my written permission.
